Order Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund immediately. However, if the order has already been processed or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
- Once you receive your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and arrangements. If you refuse delivery of your order, you will also be liable for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Returns for Unwanted Items
- If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and must arrange the return shipment. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for all returned items in case they are lost in transit. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received and inspected at our premises.
